When will my services begin?
Before services begin a staff member will come to your location and give you a quote for the initial cleaning. This is a one-time service that is required before weekly services begin.
How do I pay my bill?
We accept All major credit cards
Do I need to be home at the time of service?
No. You Never have to make contact with our staff. All quotes and services can be approved through phone or email. Once you approve of services, you will get a set day of the week that a staff member will be in your area to perform your service.
Can my dogs be outside during services?
Yes, if your pet is not aggressive. We encourage our staff to spend some time interacting with your pets to help build familiar bonds. Technician will knock on door before service if your dog is reactive to strangers.
What if I keep my gate locked?
No Problem. We are happy to give our technicians combinations for entry and will ensure gate is re-locked upon exit.
What happens in inclement weather?
Obviously, we cannot collect what we cannot see. If snow accumulates in excess, your service will be rescheduled for the next available date when we will have a technician in your area. Rain will not effect your service.
